Customer Testimonials
Elsie Quirk Public Library, Sarasota County Library System, Florida
"The Tech Logic automated check-in and sorting system has vastly affected the daily library options. It allows library staff to spend more time directly assisting customers by answering questions, helping locate information, getting new books on the shelves, and more. Over long holiday weekends, staff used to dread the morning after returning - unloading book drops, manually checking in items for hours, and sorting the checked in items for shelving. The entire process could take almost the whole day while assisting customers too. Now, it is a breeze. Everything is checked in and sorted within a matter of minutes versus hours! Staff can give their complete attention to serving our customers, without worrying about a backlog. We've always offered great customer service, but now we can offer a whole new level of personalized service!"

"I like that I work with a team, because I never get the impression that the left hand isn't talking to the right hand. I can talk to one of the lead engineers with the same ease that I can talk to my customer service representative. We've been with Tech Logic since 2002, and they know our objective, how we work, and even when I have had to push for custom features, they are able to accommodate our needs."
Juliane Morian, Associate Director
Middletown Township Public Library, New Jersey
"We deeply appreciate your advocacy for our library in its time of need, the quickness of your response, and follow-up along the way. My staff continues to have the utmost confidence in Tech Logic and we tell everyone we know about our most successful implementation of RFID and self check-out here at the Middletown Township Public Library."

Oak Park Public Library, Illinois
"One of our most wonderful pieces of technology and innovation happens to be the Tech Logic Sorting System, as well as out on the floor we have seven areas of self check-out. Starting with the self check-out unit, our patrons have been completely overwhelmed with the technology that the self check-out unit brings to our library. They love to be able to fend for themselves and be able to use the machine -- using with privacy. Sometimes patrons don't necessarily want the entire circulation desk staff to know what they are checking out. Other people just like the speed and ease of being able to come into the library and serve themselves. The self check-out units have really become one of our patrons' favorite points of our brand new $30 million library.
"Another great feature that we have installed is a medium IQ Delivery System. This delivery system has really caused so much stir within the community. Our patrons are amazed with the technology -- the fact that they can just wave a book in front of our book drop door and it opens onto a conveyor belt system and the item is cleared. It really can be flooring for some people. We overall have had a wonderful response from our patron standpoint. From the staff standpoint, our circulation figures have just jumped leaps and bounds since moving into our new building. This has helped us tremendously dealing with increased workload."
Christine Lees, Circulation Manager
Haverstraw Kings Daughter Public Library, New York
"We're delighted to have purchased the Tech Logic RFID security and check-out system. Our staff is delighted because our ability to check-out items is much faster and our library users are just 'gaga' over the system. I actually saw an older woman today teach her friend how quick and easy it was to check-out material, so we're really pleased with the system."
Joanne Sininsky, Director
"I'd like to take this opportunity to thank our account manager for assisting us in our latest installation. The install turned out to be much more complicated that I had anticipated, and I don't have any idea how we could have done it without her. I'd also like to thank the Software team for their rapid response to the problems we've incurred. I've always appreciate the exceptional quality of service and attention I receive from the teams at Tech Logic."
Rita Shenkman, Head of Circulation and Technical Services
Beaumont Library District, California
"Self check-out allowed us to handle a 150 percent increase in circulation over 2 years that we wouldn't have had the space to handle otherwise. Our materials have handled up to 3008 items in one 10-hour day! We are used to seeing 1600 to 1800 items per day, even now, not to mention the 600 to 800 of just a few years ago. I credit our ability to process that many items solely to self-check. In the past year, we've only had to add personnel hours to our shelvers, which is a definite savings from the old model of circulation."
