Evaluate RFID Conversion Station Configurations

When conversion was performed in the stacks, staff would have to move around the patrons, or the patrons would look at items on the carts.

The solution was to tag in the stacks when the branch was closed to the public, or to tag in a separate meeting room when the branch was open to the public.

Personal preferences differed on the use of a stand to hold the barcode scanner. Some preferred a stand facing the barcode reader away from the staff member, some preferred the stand to have the barcode reader facing the staff member, and some preferred to operate the barcode scanner manually.

Methods were tested using two or three staff members, and then the results tallied.
