Install Circ Stations and Security Gates
Schedule installation to be after completion of RFID conversion.
Install the equipment on a day when the library is closed to the public.
Confirm facilities modifications per drawings.
Re-deploy RFID equipment to Circ stations.
Train staff.
Cut over to RFID for Circ and security gating.
Make up small signs for each self-check station with instructions
