Tech Logic's self check-out combo stations (U.S. Patent 6,994,252), for example, allow staff members to easily assist a patron if a block occurs without leaving the circulation desk. With our unique Personal Payment System, patrons can pay fines and fees during self check-out, using either the optional Smart Card with stored cash value, using cash, or by the association of the patron's library card number to an account on your library's servers.
