Gourmet S'more Spotlight: North Mallow

We're proud to have North Mallow cater their gourmet s’mores for our Minnesota Lights event.  

Did you know s’more stands for “some more”? The name reflects the sentiment that one is never enough. The recipe originated from the Girl Scouts in 1927.  

North Mallow founders Mike and Christine have made a lot of s’mores in their time as camp counselors in Minnesota. They always wanted to make a better, more flavorful option for their friends and family to enjoy. Their gourmet smores were so good that now eleven years later, their small business North Mallow is catering events, like ours.

So, what exactly makes North Mallow s’mores so delicious? It’s a whole sensory event! It’s warm, messy, and nostalgic.

The flavor profile goes something like this:  

• Not your boring, old marshmallows. Their sweet and fluffy marshmallows are handcrafted in small batches. They are full of flavor and come in three different flavors: Vanilla Bean, Caramel Swirl, and Chocolate Chip. They are proud to say their marshmallows are handmade without high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or chemical preservatives. They roast quickly to an ooey-gooey center.  

• Their premium chocolate is fair trade, crafted with joy. It’s rich, silky, and ethically sourced.  

• Their sweet graham cracker is more like a fancy cookie. Their signature grahams are made with high quality, local ingredients and lightly sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. Their subtle crunch holds everything together.  

North Mallow’s mission goes beyond delicious indulgence — they’re passionate about community and connection. Through their Get Outdoors S’more donation program, every order contributes to sponsoring kids for summer camps, supporting natural resource protection, and encouraging everyone to spend more time outdoors. It’s a brand that believes in building joy — not just selling it.
