Internship Spotlight: Igran Adam

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Igran Adam, Tech Logic’s very first intern!

We are thrilled to have Igran joining our Marketing Team as she gains hands-on experience in trade shows and event planning. She brings an impressive background in event setup, inventory tracking, customer service, and attention to detail—skills that will serve her well as we prepare for the Public Library Association Conference and our Minnesota Lights event this April.

Igran is a sophomore pursuing Business Administration, currently taking some business courses at Saint Paul College, and planning to continue her education at Metro State University. In addition to her academic and professional drive, she is also an entrepreneur with her own online fashion business—talk about initiative!

We’re excited to support her growth, learn from her fresh perspective, and have her energy on the team. Welcome to Tech Logic, Igran—we’re so glad you’re here!

To help us get to know Igran more, we asked her a few questions:

How did you hear about the internship with Tech Logic?

I heard about the opportunity through my business professor at Saint Paul College.

What interested you in the internship?

I want hands-on experience in event planning and marketing. I like working in team settings and helping things run smoothly. I also want to build my communication and organization skills through real-world experience.

What drew you to major in Business Administration?

I chose Business Administration because I’ve always been interested in how businesses operate behind the scenes. I like learning leadership, organization, and how ideas turn into results. It also gives me flexibility to explore different career paths while building strong foundation skills.

What are three words that describe you?

Driven, organized, and adaptable

Why do you think libraries are important?

I think libraries are important because they give people access to knowledge, resources, and opportunities they might not otherwise have. They create a welcoming space for learning, growth, and community.

What else would you like to share about yourself?

In addition to being a student, I run my own online fashion business, which has taught me time management, creativity, and leadership. I’m passionate about personal growth and always looking for ways to challenge myself and improve.

Tech Logic connects libraries with their communities through dynamic, innovative, and efficient workflow technologies—delivering unparalleled service and outstanding patron experience. Since 1997, we have worked exclusively with libraries to develop solutions that empower library patrons and staff.
