JOB SUMMARY
As part of Tech Logic’s Marketing and Communications team, the Marketing/Sales Support Coordinator (MSSC) ensures the successful completion of Tech Logic’s tradeshows and ensures the successful completion of Tech Logic’s sales proposals (RFP, RFI, etc.). In addition to taking full ownership of tradeshow and sales proposal logistics, the MSSC will process qualified leads within the Tech Logic CRM and will also help streamline the production of Tech Logic’s sales documentation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The MSSC will collaborate with various Tech Logic departments to facilitate Tech Logic’s intake, completion, publication, and submission of responses to requests for proposal (RFP), requests for information (RFI), requests for quote (RFQ), and other formal procurement solicitations from potential customers.
- The MSSC will collaborate with marketing leadership, product experts, and other specialists to facilitate logistics for national and local tradeshows/events, marketing deliverables, and other revenue-based operations.
- Within Tech Logic’s CRM, the MSSC will process qualified leads that have resulted from marketing initiatives, for sales representatives to follow up.
- The MSSC will collaborate with product experts and company stakeholders to produce and evolve datasheets and other resources for Tech Logic’s solutions and services.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Demonstrated proficiency managing multiple stakeholders and deliverables to meet specific project requirements and strict deadlines.
- Demonstrated proficiency absorbing technical information and writing detailed content that prioritizes readability.
- Demonstrated proficiency designing and publishing high-quality documents.
- Demonstrated proficiency with data input and maintaining data integrity.
- Demonstrated proficiency prioritizing and solving problems strategically while cultivating systems that promote continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated strategic, organizational, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for tradeshows and other projects.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Type: Full Time, Exempt
Salary: $58,000.00/year, paid bi-weekly
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life, Paid Vacation Time and Paid Sick Time, and more.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Workplace Conditions: Onsite at Tech Logic HQ in Oakdale, Minnesota. Travel as needed. Office/desk environment with additional requirements to lift and carry products and equipment in preparation for tradeshows.
