PLA 2026 Conference — An AMAZING Time in Minnesota!

We loved seeing you at the 2026 PLA Annual Conference, right here in our hometown! The Tech Logic team had some great conversations about AMH, self-checkout, shelf management, and holds pickup lockers. And, on April 2, over 200 people gathered with us at the Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown for a true Minnesota-style celebration. What a blast!

With the PLA 2026 Conference happening in Tech Logic’s home state, we were thrilled to treat PLA attendees to some Minnesota music, food & drink, and atmosphere! There were s'mores, cozy foods, gourmet cocoa, and Minnesota brews...what more could a traveler want? How about Minnesota woodcut artwork and raffle prizes...Minnesota folk music from Zachary Scot Johnson...and stunning Twin Cities views with plenty of photo ops...the list goes on!

Tech Logic's booth unlocked sweet prizes and BIG product developments at PLA 2026

We brought big developments to show off at booth #615! Thanks to everyone who spun for a library card and scanned for a prize, retrieving goodies from Tech Logic's new selfCIRC LOCKER hardware system. Our new selfCIRC LOCKER hardware brings upgraded construction, simplified installation and maintenance, and new optional add-ons, all while keeping our intuitive, ILS-integrated software workflow. The selfCIRC LOCKER system keeps the library’s ILS in charge—everything from rules, to item statuses, to item checkout, to patron due dates, to notifications. The selfCIRC LOCKER simply integrates with the library’s ILS as an additional holds pickup location within the catalog.

At booth #615, attendees spun for a white, blue, or gold library card. Then, they scanned that card at our selfCIRC LOCKER for a prize!

Along with our full lineup of RFID and automation products at the booth, we showcased our new self-check kiosk and our streamlined self-check software experience. Our new kiosk, selfCIRC FOCUS, is for libraries who want a streamlined, modern aesthetic that centers around robust, flexible UX. This is perfect timing because our team has also been streamlining Tech Logic’s circIT SUITE self-check software.
