As Tech Logic’s newly promoted Product Marketing Manager, Paige is excited to step into this next chapter. In her role, she serves as a key connector between Tech Logic’s customers, sales team, product development, and the broader library market. Her work focuses on empowering and educating customers, gathering valuable feedback, and helping to shape future product enhancements.

An extrovert by nature, Paige draws energy from building meaningful connections. As an achiever, she is driven to act and finds fulfillment in setting and accomplishing goals. Guided by a “People First” mindset, she approaches her work with a genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.

Since joining Tech Logic in 2022, Paige has contributed as a Marketing Coordinator, where she managed trade shows and event logistics, oversaw Tech Logic’s sales proposal process, and supported a wide range of marketing initiatives.

Before Tech Logic, Paige gained experience across communications, administration, and relationship management roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northwestern in Saint Paul, Minnesota. At her core, Paige is passionate about creative communication, relationship building, and people-centered engagement.

To help us get to know Paige more, we asked her a few questions:

How many years have you been at Tech Logic?

In July, I will celebrate my 4-year anniversary at Tech Logic.

How did you get started at Tech Logic?

I went to college with Michael Finnern, Tech Logic’s Director of Marketing. His wife and I are close friends—she and I roomed together at the University of Northwestern. When Michael stepped into his role as Marketing Director at Tech Logic, he asked me if I would like to interview for a Marketing Coordinator position. The rest is history!

What are you most excited about your new role at Tech Logic?

I’m excited to continue shaping the story of Tech Logic’s products and the impact they have on libraries. My goal is to empower library staff so they can better serve and support their patrons. By streamlining workflows through automation, librarians can spend less time on routine circulation tasks and more time building meaningful connections—which is something I care deeply about.

I’m also looking forward to connecting more closely with our customers, gaining a deeper understanding of their challenges, and turning those insights into stronger solutions. At the same time, I’m eager to collaborate with the talented team at Tech Logic and continue growing as a lifelong learner.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I laugh a lot at my job. Even on the more stressful days (which every job has), the people I work with make it enjoyable. Humor is a powerful way to connect and a reminder that we’re all human. Everyone can benefit from a good dose of laughter.

Beyond that, I genuinely value the relationships I’ve built with my coworkers. When I talk with our sales team, they don’t just ask, “How are you?”—they truly mean it. That level of care and authenticity stands out. Overall, the Tech Logic team has been incredibly supportive as I’ve stepped into this new role, and I feel confident knowing they have my back.

What have you learned in your time at Tech Logic?

I’ve learned just how incredible librarians truly are. Before joining Tech Logic, I hadn’t fully appreciated the depth of care and dedication librarians bring to their communities.

Growing up, I always enjoyed my school librarians. One school librarian stands out in my memory—she would hold up a peace sign, call out “broccoli,” and, somehow, we all knew to quiet down and pay attention. She also created fun, imaginative programming, like dressing up as our favorite book characters (I was Pippi Longstocking) and racing across the library with tissue boxes on our feet. Total core memory.

Experiences like that stick with you. Librarians have a unique ability to create welcoming spaces, spark curiosity, and foster a love of learning for people of all ages. They care deeply about their patrons—and getting to support them is truly a privilege.

I’ve also learned so much about Tech Logic’s dynamic technology solutions. Seeing librarians’ faces light up when they experience our products at trade shows really says it all. Whether they’re feeding books to Rosie (our totalAMH machine that we take with us to tradeshows), unlocking a prize from a selfCIRC LOCKER, or waving the staffCIRC TRAK shelf management wand across a row of books, there’s a moment where curiosity transforms into excitement.

That reaction is a powerful reminder of the real impact our technology can have—making everyday tasks easier, more efficient, and even a little more fun for the people who use it.

Outside of work, what would you like to share about yourself?

I’d describe myself as a little quirky. Similar to Pippi Longstocking, I’ve always leaned toward the unconventional. As a creative person, I enjoy expressing myself in ways that feel fun and authentic.

At one point, I had bright pink hair, and I’ll never forget being in a store when a little girl excitedly said, “Look, Mom—it’s a princess.” I’ve also been known to wear mismatched socks on purpose—just small ways of bringing a bit of personality and playfulness into everyday life.

As a corporate professional, I’ve refined that expression a bit, but it hasn’t gone away. I still value creativity, individuality, and finding joy in the little things. That perspective shapes how I show up—both personally and professionally—and keeps life interesting. I also love that Tech Logic embraces my authenticity.

Tech Logic connects libraries with their communities through dynamic, innovative, and efficient workflow technologies—delivering unparalleled service and outstanding patron experience. Since 1997, we have worked exclusively with libraries to develop solutions that empower library patrons and staff.
