Key insights include self-check circulations, self-check sessions and patron experience, fine/fee transaction logs, people counts, and alarm-triggered items (including ILS information)—filterable by date, time, branch, terminal, and more.
Don't want your staff members to be distracted by anything other than their assigned branches and products? With baseCAMP, team leaders can set visibility and permissions for each library staff member based on user role, library branch, baseCAMP functionality, and more—all from any PC or tablet with access (including remote access) to the library network.
Library staff can see online status for all of their selfCIRC, staffCIRC, and rfidGATE terminals at a glance and note visual alerts for any terminals that, for any reason, are offline. With data and product statistics consolidated within the baseCAMP portal, both Tech Logic and library customers will enjoy baseCAMP as a central source of truth for updates, troubleshooting procedures, configurations, and more.
